Situated just five minutes from the picturesque Bodmin Moor and 20 minutes from the beaches at Seaton and Looe, the two bedroom bungalow is an ideal base for couples or families to explore South East Cornwall.

There is so much to see within half an hour of the house – with the Eden Project to the west and Plymouth city shops and aquarium to the east.

Children are most welcome. There is an enclosed garden attached to the bungalow, as well as shared grassy areas around the property. There is a 5mph speed limit outside the bungalow, so it is a wonderful safe area for children to play.
