Join us every Friday for an eclectic mix of printmaking, sewing and music. Screen print your own t-shirt, fix a hole in your jeans, mix some records, or just hang out in a creative space and eat our biscuits. Whether you’re a total beginner or an artist, Arty Fridays are open to all abilities – our lovely hosts will be on hand to help!

Founded in 2020, The Pearl Exchange is a not for profit organisation which offers ‘in need’ 18 – 35 year olds a chance to connect, create and discover while accessing support for their mental health and future decisions. 

We do this by delivering a programme of free practical creative, cultural and wellness focussed sessions which teach new and transferable skills. These skills in turn help people to access new opportunities, develop new interests, build social connections and improve their overall mental health and well-being.

The Pearl Exchange is for 18 – 35 year olds. We’re an open and inclusive organisation but we target our outreach towards those hard to reach, on low incomes, who are out of work and/or struggling with their mental health. We fundraise to ensure we can provide our services free of charge to alleviate any financial barriers.
