Chattabox stay and play
Launceston
Chattabox is a toddler group for pre-school children run by the Launceston Central Methodist Church. It takes place in the Epworth Room every Wednesday morning during term time, from 9am-11.30am. Each session has craft making or sensory activities aimed to engage and excite the children.
The group takes place in the Epworth room hall, which is located via the passage-way between the left hand side of church hall and the Link to Learning Centre. There are signs by the passage and at the Epworth Room door.
In the Epworth Room the children can play on some soft play equipment, ride trikes and create craft. There is also a carpeted room where children can play with lots of different toys. A disabled toilet with baby changing facilities is available.
Between 10.30am and 11am there is a coffee break and a sit down snack time where the adults get together with all the children. After snack time the children join together for singing and some more play… then it’s time to tidy up after a fun time together!
Do come and join us. It’s a time for children to make news friends in a safe and friendly environment… and a time for parents to enjoy a relaxing coffee together!
