Better, Liskeard Leisure Centre is a social enterprise in the heart of the community, offering quality, affordable fitness facilities and leisure activities to help keep you active and lead a healthy lifestyle. 

The gym holds 64 top the range Technogym™ equipment stations, alongside a weekly programme of  fitness classes taking place in our professional studio such as Tai Chi, Circuits and Group Cycle. 

The centre welcomes Caradon Indoor Bowls Club each week and the large, well equipped indoor bowls green is available for hire, along with Tennis and Squash courts, and a floodlit Astro-Turf pitch for Hockey or Football. 

There are plenty of team sports taking place in the Sports Hall, such as Netball and Basketball, with Cricket training facilities available on request. 

Watch the fun unfold in the 4 lane 25m swimming pool, with adjoining learner pool and fun flume. 

The successful and popular Better Swim School caters for children of all ages and abilities.
