Bring your broken electrical items, small items of furniture, upholstery, clothing or any household objects and bicycles that might need fixing. We will have a team of volunteer repairers to help you fix your items. Come and meet others, have a cuppa, cake and a chat and learn how to restore rather than buy more.

We will post a list of areas of expertise that our repairers attending each session have to help you decide if your item could be mended at this particular session.

There is no charge for this group however donations are gratefully received.

What is a Repair Café?
It’s a free meeting place where people can get together to:alter or mend clothesfix broken furniture, electrical gadgets, bikes, toys, crockery and more.
Want to learn how to: Sew on a button? Fix a zip to a coat? Wire a plug? There are basic skills that can help us get by day-to-day that can extend the life of the things we buy.
Repair cafes offer the opportunity for people to learn something new by chatting and watching the volunteer repairers whilst enjoying a cuppa and cake
