The river at Looe has a large Victorian bridge which joins East and West Looe.

The Mill pool runs along the length of the Western arm of the Looe river, and has stunning scenery including a heronry. 

It is a popular spot for children to play, and this stretch of the river is great for catching small fish and crabs from the relative safety of the path that runs along the banks of the Looe river.

There is a large children's playground next to the pool with a great range of play equipment including swings and climbing frames.
