Join us at the Tamar Lake 8km run and enjoy the beautiful less frequented trails through rolling fields, wildlife-rich woodlands and around the lakeside.

This will be a fully marshalled, mixed terrain route for all abilities with a water station approximately half way.

Tamar Lake Cafe will also be open for the day serving delicious food and drink.

Entrants must be 16 and over and fit enough to run 8km. Entrants 16-17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. 

A junior event will be coming soon!

Dogs welcome to spectate with a responsible owner and can enjoy a walk afterwards.£15 entry, with medals for all participants and prizes for first, second and third place.
