Tregardock

Delabole

Tregardock is a usually quiet beach as it has a very small car park and is quite tricky to access. The beach is approximately halfway between Tintagel and Port Isaac.

There are lots of interesting rocks and rock pools to explore, and even a small cave with a waterfall.

At low tide all of the coves join together to make one long beach, so make sure you keep an eye on the tide as it is easy to get cut off in one of the bays.
